Khancan People's Charity was set up in late 2006 following the devastating earthquake that hit Pakistan that left many people homeless and in need. We raised money for basic essentials such as blankets food and safe drinking water.

We have raised money to rebuild a girls school in Gujarkhan that was looking at closure due to poor building conditions and lack of staff and resources. We have kept the school running successfully since then and have been able to help educate over 200 young girls so they are able to have a good start in life and are then able to help their own communities further. In doing this we have also been able to employ two local teachers.

We fundraise for the Charity through various events and from donations from local businesses and organizations. We are always looking for groups and individuals to support us so we can carry on the much needed work we do.

Khancan Peoples Charity also works with the British Dyslexia Association, promoting awareness of Dyslexia particularly in the South Asian Community.

Please help us to continue supporting people in need
